Wise defensive end Rahsaan Moore always wanted to be a Maryland Terrapin. The 6-foot-2, 230-pound two-star recruit lives just a few miles from College Park in Upper Marlboro, Md., and has been talking Terps since his freshman year. On Wednesday afternoon, Moore officially became the newest member of the Terrapin community.
