Bethesda-Chevy Chase pulled the upset of the night Friday, delivering a 20-13 win at home over Churchill that put a crimp in the Bulldogs' playoff plans.

Casey Fitzgerald connected on a 73-yard touchdown pass to Terrance James to give B-CC a late fourth-quarter lead and exact a blow to their former coach.

The win, coming on Senior Night, was the Barons' fourth straight and improved them to 4-5 overall, 2-3 in Montgomery 4A West. Churchill fell to 7-2, 4-1, and needs a win at home over Whitman in the season finale to qualify for the postseason.
